Product Specifications

The metal cladding panel is manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheet with standard thickness options of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm.

Maximum sheet width: 2000mm | Maximum length: 6000mm | Aluminum alloy series: 3003-H14 or 1100-H14

Panel construction includes panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. The corner bracket can be directly stamped from the panel or riveted on small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid structure that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and seismic activity.

Optional high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside aluminum panels when required.
