At M-CITY Aluminum, quality is the cornerstone of our 20-year manufacturing legacy. Our dedicated QC team, comprising more than 6 professional and highly skilled inspectors, ensures that every architectural product meets rigorous international standards.

We implement a 6-stage Quality Management System to ensure all aluminum facades, screens, and AC covers are produced strictly according to approved CAD drawings and project specifications.

Our 6-Step Precision Inspection Process:

1. Raw Material Verification: We test the aluminum alloy quality, thickness tolerance, and flatness of every sheet before production begins.

2. Advanced CNC Cutting Inspection: All components are monitored during CNC cutting to ensure 100% accuracy against the original AutoCAD drawing patterns and dimensions.

3. Detailed Fabrication Check: Post-cutting, we inspect and clean each piece, checking the pattern design and removing any burrs for a smooth finish.

4. Surface Treatment Monitoring: We supervise the application of Powder Coating or PVDF painting to guarantee color consistency and coating thickness.

5. Final Aesthetic & Coating Audit: A secondary inspection is conducted to re-verify the color accuracy and ensure the surface coating is flawless and durable.

6. Secure Export Packaging: Every product is wrapped in protective film and bubble film to prevent scratches, ensuring safe delivery to your project site.
