Product Construction & Specifications

Solid aluminum cladding panels are made from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets. Common thicknesses include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is 2000mm with maximum length of 6000mm, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

The panel system consists of panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Brackets can be pressed directly from the panel, bent and formed, or corner brackets can be riveted to small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, wind pressure resistance, and earthquake resistance. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside aluminum panels.
