Product Construction & Specifications

Solid aluminum cladding panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets. Standard thickness options include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is 2000mm with maximum length of 6000mm, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

The panel system consists of panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Brackets can be pressed directly from the panel or riveted as corner brackets. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, wind pressure resistance, and earthquake resistance. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside aluminum panels.
