Product Specifications

The metal cladding panel is made of high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheet. Common thicknesses include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is within 2000mm, maximum length is within 6000mm, and aluminum alloy series is 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.

The panel consists of a panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. The corner bracket can be directly stamped from the panel, bent and formed, or the corner bracket can be riveted on the small folding edges of the panel. The reinforce bars are connected to the welding screws behind the board surface, making it a solid whole that greatly enhances the strength and rigidity of the solid aluminum cladding panel. This ensures the flatness and resistance to wind pressure and earthquake resistance of the aluminum cladding in long-term use. If sound insulation is required, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
