All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. You only need to make a frame and prepare some bolts for installation, then use sealants to finish the gaps between panels. This makes building envelope and decoration an easy job.

Product Specifications

The metal cladding panel is made of high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheet. Common thicknesses include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is within 2000mm, and maximum length is within 6000mm. Aluminum alloy series used are 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.

The panel consists of a panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel, bent and formed, or riveted on the small folding edges of the panel. Reinforce bars are connected to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid whole that greatly enhances strength and rigidity. This ensures flatness and resistance to wind pressure and earthquake resistance during long-term use. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
