The metal cladding panel is manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheet with common thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are within 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

The system consists of panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel, bent and formed, or riveted on small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and earthquakes.

For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.

Aluminum panels are manufactured from Aluminum alloy 3003 series. As a curtain wall system, they are used for wall protection and non-lighting walls, replacing mosaic and general sandblasting facades.

Traditional mosaic materials can easily fall off due to high wind pressure and deformation, while aluminum panels maintain structural integrity.

Aluminum hollow panels are used for facades, fences, canopies, ceilings, screens, windows, and other applications. You can choose patterns from our catalog or send drawings/pictures for custom design.

To meet individual customer requirements, you can select patterns from renderings or provide custom designs. Our standard size is 1200x2400mm, with custom sizing available through design element adjustment rather than simple scaling. Larger sizes require panel combination.
