All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only a frame, bolts, and sealants for finishing gaps between panels - making it an easy job for building envelope and decoration.

Product Specifications

Metal cladding panels are made of high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheet with common thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is within 2000mm, maximum length within 6000mm, using aluminum alloy series 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.

The system consists of panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel, bent and formed, or riveted on small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid whole that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and earthquakes. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
