Technical Specifications

The metal cladding panel is manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheet with standard thickness options of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

The panel system consists of panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel or riveted onto small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid structure that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and earthquakes.

For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
