We produce aluminum panels according to customer requirements for dimensions, specifications, shapes, structures, colors, and competitive budgets. Our engineers can visit sites to measure installation specifications and create shop drawings to ensure smooth installation.

All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only frame construction, bolts, and sealants to finish gaps between panels, making building envelope and decoration straightforward.

Our metal cladding panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets with common thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is 2000mm, maximum length is 6000mm, using aluminum alloy series 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.

The system consists of panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel, bent and formed, or riveted onto small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and earthquakes. High-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside panels when required.
