Product Construction & Materials

Our metal facade panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminium alloy sheets with standard thickness options of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminium alloy series.

The panel system consists of three main components: panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel and bent into shape, or riveted onto the panel's small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid structure that enhances strength, rigidity, and ensures excellent flatness with superior resistance to wind pressure and seismic activity.

For projects requiring sound insulation, we can install high-efficiency sound insulation materials within the aluminium panel structure.
