Solid Aluminum Cladding Panel Construction

Our solid aluminum cladding panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets. Standard thickness options include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

The panel system consists of a main panel, reinforcement bars, and brackets. Brackets can be formed directly from the panel or riveted to folding edges. Reinforcement bars connect to welding screws behind the panel surface, creating a solid structure that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and seismic activity. Sound insulation materials can be incorporated when required.
