Our engineers can visit project sites to measure installation specifications and create detailed shop drawings to ensure smooth installation.

All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only building a frame, preparing bolts, and using sealants to finish gaps between panels, making it an efficient solution for building envelope and decoration.

Product Construction & Materials

Our metal facade panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets. Standard thickness options include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

Each panel consists of a main panel, reinforcement bars, and brackets. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel and bent into shape, or riveted onto the panel's small folding edges. Reinforcement bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, and ensures long-term flatness, wind pressure resistance, and earthquake resistance. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.

Metal cladding aluminum panels are container-loaded and shipped worldwide by sea.
