Aluminum panels are manufactured using Aluminum alloy 3003 series. As a type of curtain wall system, they are used for wall protection and non-lighting walls, serving as an alternative to mosaic and general sandblasting facades.

With their lightweight texture and excellent strength characteristics, these panels offer significant advantages for high-rise buildings. They effectively withstand various loads, particularly wind pressure, where traditional materials like mosaic may be prone to falling off due to large wind pressure and deformation.

Our solid aluminum panels are crafted from high-grade aluminum alloy and undergo comprehensive processing including material release listing, cutting, folding, arc bending, welding, reinforcing stiffeners, grinding and polishing, spraying, and packaging.

The panels feature reinforced stiffeners and corner panels, with rear bolting connections that ensure overall panel flatness and structural strength.
