All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer's designs and drawings. You only need to make a frame and prepare some bolts for installation, then use sealants to finish the gaps among panels. This makes it an easy job for envelope and decoration of buildings.

Product Specifications

The metal cladding panel is made of high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy sheet with commonly used thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. The maximum sheet width is within 2000mm, maximum length within 6000mm, using aluminum alloy series 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.

The panel consists of a panel, reinforce bar and bracket. The corner bracket can be directly stamped from the panel, bent and formed, or riveted on the small folding edges of the panel. The reinforce bars are connected to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid whole that greatly enhances strength and rigidity while ensuring flatness and resistance to wind pressure and earthquake resistance in long-term use. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
