Installation Process

All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only frame preparation, bolts, and sealants for finishing gaps between panels. This makes building envelope and decoration an efficient process.

Product Specifications

Our metal cladding panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets with standard thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is 2000mm with maximum length of 6000mm, using aluminum alloy series 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.

The panel system consists of panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel or riveted onto small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid structure that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and earthquakes.

For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
