All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only frame preparation, bolts, and sealants to finish panel gaps, making building envelope and decoration straightforward.

Our metal cladding panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets. Standard thickness options include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is 2000mm with maximum length up to 6000mm, using aluminum alloy series 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.

Each panel consists of a main panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel and bent into form, or riveted onto small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, and ensures long-term flatness, wind pressure resistance, and earthquake resistance. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
