Product Construction & Specifications

Our metal facade panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets with standard thickness options of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

The panel system consists of three main components: panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel or riveted onto small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, and ensures long-term flatness with excellent resistance to wind pressure and earthquakes.

For projects requiring sound insulation, high-efficiency soundproofing materials can be installed inside the aluminum panels.
