Product Specifications

Our metal facade panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets with standard thickness options of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

The panel system consists of a main panel, reinforcement bars, and brackets. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel or riveted onto small folding edges. Reinforcement bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid structure that enhances strength, rigidity, and ensures excellent flatness with superior resistance to wind pressure and seismic activity. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panels.
