1. The Design Vision 

This project in Sri Lanka demanded a dynamic, three-dimensional facade that could withstand the tropical coastal climate. The architect envisioned a pyramid-like geometric structure to create a play of light and shadow throughout the day. 

2. M-City’s Manufacturing Solution 

To achieve the complex 3D shape, M-City Aluminum Factory utilized 2.0mm high-grade aluminum. Our technical team employed precision CNC folding and multi-axis bending techniques to ensure every angle of the pyramid panels was perfectly aligned. 

3. Surface Durability 

Given the seaside location, we applied a specialized Powder Coating finish. This coating provides superior UV protection and corrosion resistance against salt spray, ensuring the building's facade remains vibrant and low-maintenance for decades.
