Easy Installation Process

All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only frame construction, bolts for mounting, and sealants to finish panel gaps. This makes building envelope and decoration an easy job.

Product Specifications

Our metal cladding panels are made from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheet with common thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet width is within 2000mm, maximum length within 6000mm, using aluminum alloy series 3003-H14 or 1100-H14.

Panel Construction

Each panel consists of a panel, reinforce bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel, bent and formed, or riveted on small folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid unit that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and earthquakes.

For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
