Our metal facade panels are crafted from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets with standard thickness options of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

The panel system consists of panel, reinforce bar, and bracket components. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel or riveted to folding edges. Reinforce bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid structure that enhances strength, rigidity, and ensures long-term flatness with excellent wind pressure and earthquake resistance. Sound insulation materials can be installed inside panels when required.
