All aluminum panels are prefabricated according to customer designs and drawings. Installation requires only framing, bolts, and sealants for panel gaps, making building envelope and decoration straightforward.

Product Construction & Specifications

Our metal facade panels are manufactured from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets. Standard thickness options include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. Maximum sheet dimensions are 2000mm width and 6000mm length, using 3003-H14 or 1100-H14 aluminum alloy series.

The panel system consists of a panel, reinforcement bar, and bracket. Corner brackets can be directly stamped from the panel or riveted to folding edges. Reinforcement bars connect to welding screws behind the board surface, creating a solid structure that enhances strength, rigidity, flatness, and resistance to wind pressure and seismic activity. For sound insulation requirements, high-efficiency sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
